Is the screen 185Hz or 165Hz?

Confirmed Both. It runs at up to 165Hz across the system and up to 185Hz in supported games. OnePlus says 185Hz everywhere is not possible with current screen technology.

Will the OnePlus 16 launch in India?

Rumor OnePlus has not said. One leaker says India gets the cheaper OnePlus 16R instead. Another, who said in July the phone would skip India, now guesses OnePlus may bring both phones in December or early 2027.

What changed from the OnePlus 15?

Confirmed A newer 2nm chip, a 9,000mAh battery instead of 7,300mAh, a 200MP main camera and 165Hz across the system. Wired charging drops from 120W to 100W in China, and it is a few grams heavier.

Should I buy the OnePlus 15 now or wait?

Confirmed In the US, waiting will not bring a OnePlus 16. OnePlus’s US store lists the OnePlus 15 at $999.99 for 16GB/512GB, and OnePlus says phones already sold keep updates and warranty.
