Confirmed Partly. Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max went on sale in China on Sept. 23, 2026. The standard Xiaomi 18 is not out, and Xiaomi says it will launch separately later.
Confirmed Xiaomi says the 18 Pro series goes global “this year”. It has not set a date or given prices. Xiaomi India says the 18 Pro comes to India in the coming months. Reports of a November date did not come from Xiaomi.
Rumor Xiaomi has not set a date. Its president said it will be launched separately later, and a leaker with a strong track record points to December 2026.
Confirmed In China, the 18 Pro costs CNY 5,999 to CNY 8,999 and the 18 Pro Max CNY 6,999 to CNY 9,999. The red Transparent Special Edition costs CNY 9,999 or CNY 10,999. Xiaomi has not given global prices.
Confirmed Xiaomi has not announced it for the US. It does not sell phones there, its US site lists no phones, and its global launch posts do not mention the US. Buying one means importing it, with no Xiaomi warranty in the US and possible gaps in carrier support.
Confirmed The Pro Max has a 6.9-inch screen, an 8,500mAh battery, three speakers and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, built for longer peak performance. The Pro has a 6.4-inch screen, a 7,000mAh battery and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6. Cameras are the same.
Reported Code says so. It lists 6,000mAh and 90W charging for the global 18 Pro and 7,050mAh for the global Pro Max. Xiaomi has not confirmed global specs.
Rumor Xiaomi has not announced one. Leakers have said since May that Xiaomi stopped or paused work on it. In October, one said Xiaomi built and cancelled it because a CNY 9,999 starting price was too high.
Confirmed A hardware privacy mode on both Pro models narrows the viewing angle. Users can pick apps to hide, set rules by time or place with Xiaomi’s assistant, or turn it on for the whole screen with an AI key.
Confirmed The 18 Pro starts at CNY 5,999 in China, CNY 1,000 more than the 17 Pro’s launch price. It adds a 200MP main and telephoto, a 7,000mAh battery instead of 6,300mAh, a privacy mode and the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6.
