GTA 6 pre-order: price, editions and every bonus

GTA 6 costs $79.99 for the Standard Edition and $99.99 for the Ultimate Edition, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Both prices are confirmed by Rockstar and listed on the PlayStation Store and the Microsoft Store. The game launches Thursday, November 19, 2026.

Where to pre-order

Pre-orders opened at midnight local time on June 25, 2026, worldwide. Rockstar and Take-Two list four places to buy: the PlayStation Store, the Microsoft Store, the Rockstar Games Store and retailers.

There are only two editions of the game in the stores: Standard and Ultimate. No Deluxe, Gold or digital collector’s edition exists.

What the Standard Edition includes

The full game — Jason and Lucia’s story across the state of Leonida — plus the pre-order bonus if you buy before November 20. Rockstar describes GTA 6 as “a single player experience.”

The Vintage Vice City Pack

Every copy bought before November 20, 2026 includes it, in either edition. Microsoft’s store listing spells it out:

• CarA '55 Vapid Stanier sedan.
• GarageShore Court near Ocean Beach, with a gun locker and space for stolen goods to be fenced.
• OutfitsA pastel linen suit for Jason, a red sequined mini dress for Lucia, plus hairstyles.
• Weapon finishA pattern based on Tommy Vercetti’s palm-tree shirt.

What the Ultimate Edition adds for $20

Rockstar calls it “an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel, and action threaded across all aspects of Jason and Lucia’s story.” The Microsoft Store listing names the contents:

• Cars and ridesA '95 Grotti Cheetah, a '67 Vapid Dominator buggy with the Paradise Garage in Watson Bay, a Dinka Enduro dirt bike, a Crest kayak and a Shitzu Squalo jet ski, plus upgrades for the Vapid Ganado pickup.
• WeaponsHawk & Little Morgan revolvers “from the Vercetti Estate,” and engraved pistols for Jason and Lucia.
• MissionsA raid on the PTT Youngin$ gang hideout, and a classic-car collection job for the collector Wyman.
• Places only in UltimateRideout Customs, Sara’s Unisex Salon, Stock 305, Electric Fang Tattoo — with more than 50 tattoos by the art collective FAILE — and One-Eyed Willie’s at Lake Leonida.
• ClothingOutfits, hairstyles, tattoos and Goodtime Gear apparel.

Preload, launch time and the boxed version

Digital pre-orders can preload from November 12, 2026, seven days early. The stores set the unlock at midnight Eastern Time on November 19 — some regions show November 18 because of time zones, but it is the same minute.

The physical version goes on sale November 12 and, in Rockstar’s words, contains “a download code inside the box.” Retail listings say no disc is included, so you will still need the download.

GTA+ month

Digital pre-orders include one month of GTA+, Rockstar’s membership for the current GTA Online. Take-Two calls it “the best way to get the most out of the ever-evolving world of GTA Online,” with access to the GTA+ Games Library.

The collector’s box is not a game edition

On September 24, 2026, Rockstar opened orders for The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection in the Rockstar Store: a Macca the Gator figure, Oakley Frogskins sunglasses, a New Era cap and more, arriving November 19. It does not include the game.
