T1 vs LOS at Worlds 2026: Friday, Oct. 23, at 7 p.m. ET, in a best-of-one

The three-time world champion starts its Worlds 2026 run on Friday night against Brazil’s champion. Here’s when T1 vs LOS starts in every time zone, who plays and what’s at stake.

What time is T1 vs LOS?

Friday, Oct. 23, 2026, at 7 p.m. ET (Oct. 24 at 8 a.m. in Seoul and Tokyo, 4:30 a.m. in India), which is 4 p.m. PT and 6 p.m. local time in Allen, Texas. Riot’s official schedule lists it as the seventh of eight Round 1 games in the Worlds 2026 Swiss Stage. Play starts at 1 p.m. ET with Gen.G vs. Invictus Gaming, one game an hour, and Team Secret Whales vs. LYON closes the day at 8 p.m. ET.

Each game starts when the previous one ends, so the 7 p.m. slot shifts later on a day of long games. All eight games are at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center in Allen, north of Dallas, which hosts the Swiss Stage, the quarterfinals and the semifinals before the final moves to Brooklyn on Nov. 14.

T1 vs LOS time around the world

The game lands on Friday evening in the Americas and on Saturday in Europe and Asia. In Brazil, it starts at 8 p.m. on Friday, Brasília time. In London, it’s midnight, and in Paris and Berlin it’s 1 a.m., both early Saturday, Oct. 24. In Korea, where T1 is based, fans watch at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24. Clocks in Europe change on Oct. 25 and in the US on Nov. 1, so these times hold only for this game.

A best-of-one with no second chance

Every Round 1 game is a best-of-one, so a single draft decides it. The Swiss Stage has 16 teams playing up to five rounds: three match wins sends a team to the quarterfinals, and three losses eliminates it. The winner of T1 vs LOS goes 1-0 and plays another 1-0 team in Round 2 on Saturday, Oct. 24, also a best-of-one. The loser drops into the 0-1 pool, with no room for error. Best-of-three series start on Oct. 25, for matches that decide who advances or goes home.

The matchup comes from the draw tiers. LOS was in Tier 2 and T1 in Tier 3, and Tier 2 teams faced Tier 3 teams in Round 1. Our Worlds 2026 Swiss Stage page has all eight matchups and the tiers.

T1: chasing a fourth straight title

T1 won Worlds in 2023, 2024 and 2025, the first three-peat in League of Legends history, and Faker owns six world titles, as our page on how many Worlds Faker has won explains. The 2026 season was tougher. At MSI 2026 in Daejeon, T1 lost to Bilibili Gaming 3-2, swept FURIA 3-0 on July 6 and went out against G2 Esports 3-1 on July 8.

In the LCK playoffs, T1 beat BNK FearX 3-2 and Dplus Kia 3-1 but lost twice to Hanwha Life Esports, 3-2 on Sept. 2 and 3-1 on Sept. 12, finishing third. Gen.G took the LCK title by beating Hanwha Life 3-1 on Sept. 13. The lineup is the one fans know: Doran in the top lane, Oner in the jungle, Faker in the mid lane, Peyz as the bot laner and Keria as the support.

LOS: Brazil’s champion

LOS arrives as the champion of the CBLOL, Brazil’s league. The season started with a loss: FURIA beat LOS 3-1 in the first final on June 6, and FURIA went to MSI. LOS answered in the second half of the year, beating FURIA 3-1 on Sept. 12 and LOUD 3-2 on Sept. 27 in the playoffs, then FURIA again, 3-2, in the final on Oct. 10.

That title sent LOS straight to the Swiss Stage, while FURIA went through the Play-In in Los Angeles and was knocked out by MVK Esports on Oct. 17. The LOS roster, according to LoL Esports, is Zest in the top lane, Curse in the jungle, Feisty in the mid lane, Duduhh as the bot laner and Ackerman as the support.
