Mafia: The Old Country DLC: what Man of Honor adds, how to start it, every reward and the price

Mafia: The Old Country has one story DLC, Man of Honor, and it costs $9.99. Here’s what its two chapters and Free Ride content add, how to start it, every reward and what the editions cost.

Does Mafia: The Old Country have DLC?

Yes. Man of Honor, Hangar 13’s story expansion, came out on Aug. 14, 2026, for $9.99 on Steam, a week after the game’s first anniversary. Mafia: The Old Country launched on Aug. 7, 2025, on PS5, Xbox Series X and S and PC.

The game also has two cosmetic packs at $4.99 each. The Padrino Pack adds the Lupara Speciale shotgun, the Vendetti Speciale pistol, the Immortale Charm, the Padrino outfit, a knife, a limousine and a horse, and the Gatto Nero Pack adds the Bodeo Nero pistol, the Velocità Charm, an outfit and a race car.

What Man of Honor adds to the story

It’s Sicily, winter 1905. In the months since being initiated, Enzo Favara has become a reliable soldier of the Torrisi crime family, and the Don sends Enzo and Cesare to help Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison and set on winning back what was lost.

Across two new chapters, Enzo helps Salieri take revenge on old enemies, then pursue a potentially life-changing score. Fans of the series know Salieri as the Don of a crime family in Lost Heaven, the city of the first Mafia game, and Man of Honor shows Salieri’s younger self before the move to America. The chapters add new environments, weapons, vehicles and Charms.

How to start Man of Honor

The new chapters sit between the original Chapters 5 and 6. Once you finish Chapter 5 of the main story, a Man of Honor entry in the main menu takes you straight to them. You can also start a new game with the Man of Honor chapters turned on, so they play as part of the campaign.

Salieri’s Free Ride jobs and challenges

Owning Man of Honor expands Free Ride. Salieri runs a smuggling operation out of a warehouse in Porto Almaro and wants enough cash for a new life in America. Salieri’s Jobs have Enzo crack open safes packed with cash, steal high-value cars and haul stolen goods across town before rival smugglers get there.

Salieri’s Challenges follow the format of the existing Free Ride Challenges at a higher difficulty: Standoffs against waves of enemies, stealthy Assassinations, Circuit Races, point-to-point Road Sprints and Time Trials. The DLC also adds Wanted Posters to collect, Stunt Jumps and Sulphur Trucks to destroy, plus new hidden locations and achievements and trophies.

Every Man of Honor reward

Man of Honor adds 24 items you unlock through the chapters and Free Ride. There are 3 guns, the Modello Speciale, a High-Capacity Pump-Action Shotgun and the Praecisione Speciale, and 3 knives, the Finituri, Giravolta and Rimbalzu. The 5 Charms are Dolce Morte and Scossa, both major, and Rifugio, Portata and Scheggia, all minor.

The 3 vehicles are the Trautenberg Model SW, Delizia Tempesta and Dufort 30 Deluxe, and the 2 horses are Silvano and Fiero. The 3 outfits are Dockside Enforcer, High Roller and Woodsman, with 5 hats to match: the Dockside Coppola, High Roller Fedora, Bowler, Wide-Brimmed Fedora and Woodsman Fedora.

The same Aug. 14 update gave every player Map Pinning in Free Ride and updated the PC upscalers to DLSS 4.5, FSR 4.0.3 and XeSS 3.05.

Prices, editions and the current sale

On Steam, Man of Honor costs $9.99. The Definitive Edition, which replaced the Deluxe Edition on Aug. 14, 2026, includes the game, Man of Honor and the Deluxe content, and costs $64.99. In the Mafia franchise sale, the base game is $29.99, 40% off its $49.99 price, and the Definitive Edition is $38.99, until Oct. 22 at 10 a.m. PT.

Mafia: The Omertà Collection, also released on Aug. 14, bundles the Old Country Definitive Edition with Mafia: Definitive Edition and the Definitive Editions of Mafia II and Mafia III with all their DLC, and it’s 50% off in the same sale. These were the Steam prices on Oct. 19, 2026.

On PS5, Mafia: The Old Country joins the PS Plus Game Catalog for Extra and Premium members on Oct. 20, 2026, as our PS Plus games for October 2026 page explains, and Man of Honor is a separate add-on.

Will there be more Mafia: The Old Country DLC?

2K and Hangar 13 haven’t announced another DLC. Since Man of Honor, their Mafia posts have covered a Sept. 1 patch, the Omertà Collection and Mafia III’s 10th anniversary. Expected price for a next DLC: about $9.99, our estimate, the price of Man of Honor. For another 2K game’s paid content, see our Borderlands 4 DLC page.

This page is updated as soon as 2K and Hangar 13 announce new Mafia: The Old Country DLC or a new update.
