Attack on Titan 3 launches Dec. 10 at $69.99, and the Digital Deluxe Edition plays from Dec. 6

Koei Tecmo’s full Attack on Titan story lands on Dec. 10, and Deluxe buyers on Steam, PS5 and Xbox get in three days sooner. Here’s when Attack on Titan 3 unlocks on every platform, what each edition costs and what the bonuses add.

When does Attack on Titan 3 come out?

Thursday, Dec. 10, 2026, on PS5, Xbox Series X and S, Switch 2 and PC. Koei Tecmo revealed the game at Summer Game Fest in June and set the date with the start of pre-orders on Aug. 3.

The Steam times follow the store’s launch timestamp, 72 hours apart, and Steam labels the Deluxe window Advance Access. In the UK, Steam opens at 1 a.m. GMT on Dec. 10, in Central Europe at 2 a.m., and in Brasília at 10 p.m. on Dec. 9.

How much is Attack on Titan 3?

Steam, the PlayStation Store, the Xbox store and the Nintendo eShop all list $69.99 and $89.99, with pre-orders open. The Digital Deluxe Edition adds an in-game art book in Japanese, three outfits (Everyday for Eren, Goth for Mikasa and Geek for Armin), seven customization items, an equipment pack with the seven-part Wings of Freedom set and six elemental and novelty blade parts, and a starter item pack with a Veteran Artifact that improves the Scout Artifacts Titans drop plus a Special Weapon Enhancement Pack. An upgrade pack without the base game is coming too, but neither the upgrade nor the Switch 2 Digital Deluxe Edition comes with early access.

Pre-order, early purchase and save data bonuses

Digital pre-orders include the Wings of Freedom Earrings, and anyone who buys by Wednesday, Dec. 23, gets the Wings of Freedom Hoodie, and physical buyers must download it by then. Both are cosmetics for your own character.

Series veterans get a third reward. Save data from Attack on Titan 2 or Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle unlocks extra in-game bonuses, as long as the save sits on the console you play Attack on Titan 3 on. On Switch 2, the physical copy is a Game-Key Card, so the box holds a download key rather than the full game.

What is Attack on Titan 3?

A compilation of Koei Tecmo’s Attack on Titan games that tells the full story, from the earliest chapters to the finale of the saga. Classic scenes from earlier games are rebuilt, new story moments fill the gaps, and the Nine Titans appear in a game from the series for the first time. You play a custom Hero who joins the Scout Regiment beside Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Levi and Erwin, and later faces Zeke, Pieck, Porco, Gabi and Falco.

The voices come from the anime’s Japanese cast, including Yuki Kaji as Eren and Hiroshi Kamiya as Levi. MAPPA, the studio behind the anime’s Final Season, animates a brand-new opening, which arrives in an update after launch.

Combat, Exterior Missions and the Regimental HQ

Omni-directional mobility gear gives more aerial freedom than in earlier games, and Titans attack in less predictable patterns, so every kill means reading the Titan’s next move. Newcomers can pick a Casual control style and still land flashy aerial attacks.

The new Special Exterior Missions send your own squad beyond the Walls, where every supply base goes up only after your squad wipes out the Titans around the site, so the safe zone grows outpost by outpost, and as squad leader you choose when to push on and when to pull back. Back at the Regimental HQ, you bond with the cast and upgrade blades and gear at the Workshop. On PC, the game supports 4K, ultrawide monitors, HDR, high refresh rates and several upscaling technologies. On every platform, the ESRB rates it M for Violence, Blood and Gore, Partial Nudity and Language.
