God of War Laufey Collector Box: $149.99, a light-up Faye statue, and no game inside
The God of War Laufey Collector Box costs $149.99 and is sold only directly from PlayStation, through PlayStation Direct in the US, in highly limited quantities while supplies last. It contains an eight-inch light-up statue of Faye, Phranque and Rue, a 51-card Oracle Deck illustrated by Megan Lara and a physical mini artbook, but not the game itself, which is sold separately. PlayStation announced it on Oct. 13, 2026, and US pre-orders opened that day at 10 a.m. ET. The box is available on Feb. 16, 2027, the same day God of War Laufey comes out on PS5.

The physical extra for God of War Laufey is a box of collectibles, not a game edition. Here’s what the $149.99 Collector Box includes, where it’s sold and what you still need to buy.
How much is it, and is the game included?
The Collector Box costs $149.99 in the US, €149.99 in Europe and £129.99 in the UK. The game is not included. PlayStation says God of War Laufey is sold separately, so with the Standard Edition at $69.99, the box and the game together come to $219.98 before tax, or $229.98 with the $79.99 Digital Deluxe Edition.
PlayStation hasn’t announced a collector’s edition that includes the game, so the box is the only collector’s item for now.
What’s inside the Collector Box?
Three items. The centerpiece is an eight-inch light-up statue of Faye, Phranque and Rue fighting Begtse’s soldiers, and Phranque lights up when the statue is plugged into a USB power source. It comes with a 51-card Oracle Deck, with a custom illustration on every card by artist Megan Lara, themed on the journey through the Everywhen.
The third item is a physical mini artbook of concept art showing the game’s characters, creatures and environments, hand-picked by the art team at Santa Monica Studio.
Where can you buy it?
Only directly from PlayStation. In the US, pre-orders opened at 10 a.m. ET on Oct. 13, 2026, on PlayStation Direct. In Europe, PlayStation sells it through its own store in the UK, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. PlayStation describes the quantities as highly limited and sells the box while supplies last.
When does it ship?
The box is available on Feb. 16, 2027, the same day God of War Laufey comes out on PS5.
The other editions
The Standard Edition costs $69.99, and the Digital Deluxe Edition costs $79.99, adding the Dark Alchemy armor set, blade, bow scales and catalyst, an in-game resource pack, a digital mini artbook and the digital soundtrack. Every pre-order gets the Last Wish Armor Set, a golden leaves look for Phranque and an in-game resource pack.
