Delta Force player count: 122,206 on Steam on Oct. 23, as the Halloween update follows a 141,973 high

Delta Force is riding a busy second-anniversary season into Halloween. Here’s how many people play Team Jade’s free-to-play shooter, what lifted it in October and how it compares on Steam.

How many people play Delta Force?

Delta Force peaked at 122,206 concurrent players on Steam on Oct. 23, 2026, according to Valve’s most played chart, which ranked it No. 32, down from No. 29 a week earlier. At 5:11 a.m. ET on Oct. 24, 88,775 people were playing it on Steam.

Steam is one storefront. Delta Force also runs on PS5, Xbox Series X and S, iOS and Android, and those players sit outside the Steam count.

Delta Force hit its Steam record in September 2025, its first anniversary season. May 2026 was the best month of 2026, at 183,559, and August 2026 averaged 63,693, the lowest month since April 2025. September and the last 30 days held a little above that, at about 66,000 players at any moment.

Season Reorientation went live at 10 p.m. ET on Sept. 7 with Rover, a support operator who heals from a distance, Clover, a dog that runs down enemies, and a major update to the Layali Grove map. September peaked at 145,637 around the season change. Team Jade kept the updates coming:

• The 2nd anniversary update brought Detonation, a 5v5 bomb defusal beta, at 9 p.m. ET on Sept. 26, plus up to 3,900 free Limited-Time Delta Tickets through Oct. 25. Sunday, Sept. 27, peaked at 138,546.
• The Oct. 9 mid-season update added a 1v1 Duel mode in Operations, harmonica and fishing activities in Layali Grove and balance changes. The daily peak climbed from 129,519 on Oct. 8 to 141,973 on Saturday, Oct. 10, the high of the last 30 days.
• Polaris Patrol, a story mini-mode in Operations, opened on Oct. 16 and stays until Jan. 26, 2027.

The daily peak eased for most of the following two weeks, down to 104,401 on Oct. 22, the day Team Jade rolled out the Halloween update. The Trickster Store and Raven’s Deal events opened on Oct. 23 and run until Nov. 9, and that Friday rebounded to 120,832, about 16% above Thursday, while Valve’s chart logged 122,206. The peak lands around 9 or 10 a.m. ET, evening in East Asia, which keeps the live count high through the US night.

Valve ranks the chart by its own measure of play, so Delta Force sits below Embark’s extraction shooter despite a bigger peak, as our ARC Raiders player count page shows, and below EA’s shooter, covered on our Battlefield 6 player count page. Krafton’s battle royale drew more than six times Delta Force’s peak, on our PUBG player count page. Delta Force also ran a crossover with Ubisoft’s tactical shooter from July 10, and that game’s numbers are on our Rainbow Six Siege player count page.

Most Season Reorientation events, including the anniversary rewards and the Halloween store, close on Nov. 9. We expect the next season in mid-November, right after them. Team Jade hasn’t announced it.

This page is updated as soon as Valve’s chart posts Delta Force’s Saturday peak or Team Jade announces its next season.
