Football Manager 27 has a date: Nov. 10. Sports Interactive’s next management sim arrives on every platform at once, including phones through Netflix, and it’s on Game Pass from launch. There’s no price yet.

Football Manager 27 release date

FM27 launches globally on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026. Sports Interactive announced the date on Sept. 30 and confirmed that the PC, console and mobile versions all launch from that day.

Before that, a Launch Preview version opens one to two weeks before release, so roughly between late October and early November. Sports Interactive says details on the Launch Preview, digital pre-purchase and discount incentives are still to come.

It’s one of the bigger dates in a busy month that also has GTA 6 and Zelda: Ocarina of Time, all on our list of new games in November 2026.

Platforms: PC, Mac, Xbox, PS5 and Netflix

On PC and Mac, FM27 is on Steam, the Epic Games Store and the Xbox PC app. FM27 Console launches on Xbox and PS5, and FM27 Mobile comes to phones through Netflix.

Sports Interactive says more platform details will follow. It hasn’t announced a Nintendo version of FM27.

Football Manager 27 on Game Pass and price

FM27 is on Game Pass from day one. Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers can play it through the Xbox PC app, and Game Pass console subscribers get FM27 Console on Xbox.

If you’d rather buy it, you’ll have to wait for the price. As of Oct. 16, the Steam page lets you wishlist FM27 but doesn’t list a price or pre-purchase option, and SEGA hasn’t announced editions.

What’s new in FM27

Sports Interactive has been rolling out feature deep dives since late September. The interface gets cleaner navigation with fewer clicks and a better full-screen layout. Cup Draws and Transfer Deadline Day return, and an overhauled news feed keeps you up to date on what’s happening beyond your club.

On match day, FM27 adds a richer stadium atmosphere and match engine upgrades to player movement and behavior. Training gets a usability refresh and a system overhaul, the Manager Creator gets more options, newgen faces take a step forward, and there are new accessibility settings. The 2D match engine has been improved, and the In-Game Editor has been reformatted to give you more control over your save.
