From April to June 2026, net bookings fell 3% to $1.39 billion, slightly above Take-Two’s own range, and recurrent consumer spending, from in-game purchases, add-on content and ads, made up 84% of the total.
The GTA 6 countdown
Grand Theft Auto VI launches on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X and S, 10 days after the report, and preload opens on Nov. 12, three days after it, as our GTA 6 preload page explains. Take-Two restated the date in its Aug. 7 release, where CEO Strauss Zelnick tied the full-year forecast to the launch.

Earnings days have mattered for this game before. Rockstar announced the move from May 26 to Nov. 19, 2026, on Nov. 6, 2025, the same day Take-Two reported, as our GTA 6 delay page explains. The Nov. 9 report is the last scheduled one before launch.
The record year Take-Two is betting on
Take-Two forecasts record net bookings of $8.0 billion to $8.2 billion for the year ending March 31, 2027, GAAP net revenue of $7.9 billion to $8.1 billion and more than $1 billion in operating cash flow. That’s 19% to 22% above the $6.72 billion of fiscal 2026, by our calculation.
With $1.39 billion booked from April to June and $1.62 billion to $1.67 billion guided for July to September, the forecast leaves $4.94 billion to $5.19 billion for October to March, the half of the year with GTA 6, by our calculation. Our GTA 6 economic impact page covers what the launch means beyond Take-Two. Roblox reports earlier, on Oct. 29, as our Roblox Q3 2026 earnings page explains.
What to watch on Nov. 9
Three things decide the reaction. Whether Take-Two repeats Nov. 19 with launch 10 days away, whether it keeps the $8.0 billion to $8.2 billion forecast, and its outlook for October to December, the first quarter with GTA 6 sales. Our GTA 6 release date page has the editions and prices.
This page is updated as soon as Take-Two posts its results on Nov. 9.
