Tekken 8’s season ends in Singapore. Here’s when the Tekken World Tour 2026 Global Finals run, what the champion takes home and how to get a seat or a spot.
When and where are the Tekken World Tour Finals 2026?
From Thursday, Jan. 14, to Sunday, Jan. 17, 2027, at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, according to Bandai Namco, which revealed the location at Evo 2026. The finals run inside Evo Singapore 2027, in collaboration with Evo. The Regional group stage is on Jan. 14, the Global group stage on Jan. 15, the Last Chance Qualifier on Jan. 16 and the 16-player final bracket on Jan. 17, on the Evo Singapore main stage.

Singapore is 13 hours ahead of ET in January, so an 11 a.m. start there is 10 p.m. ET the night before. Bandai Namco hasn’t published match times. Every day streams on the official Tekken channels on Twitch and YouTube, and Bandai Namco plans to show a gameplay trailer for Yujiro Hanma, the last Season 3 fighter, during the finals on Jan. 17.
Tekken World Tour Finals 2026 prize money
The prize pool is $300,000. The champion takes $100,000, second place $60,000, third $30,000 and fourth $15,000. Fifth and sixth get $9,500 each, seventh and eighth $6,200, ninth to 12th $4,200 and 13th to 16th $3,200.
Players who don’t make it out of the group stages still get paid. In the Global group stage, third place in a group gets $2,600 and fourth $2,000, and in the Regional group stage the payouts run from $1,600 for second down to $1,000 for fifth.
Tickets and venue passes
Passes are sold through Trip.com, and every pass covers both the finals and Evo Singapore 2027. Prices are in US dollars and rise in three phases, from early registration to standard to late. A general one-day pass costs $20, $25 or $30, and a general three-day pass $45, $50 or $60. The premium three-day pass costs $50 to $65 and adds a commemorative art badge and a gift bag.

The premium four-day pass, at $55 to $70, is limited to 200 and is the only way to watch the Thursday Regional group stage in person. Bandai Namco also plans a Tekken World Tour museum exhibit, flash tournaments, player meet and greets and exclusive merchandise at the venue.
How players qualify for the finals
Thirty-six players make the field. The top four on the Global Leaderboard go straight to the final bracket. Sixteen more play the Global group stage in four round robin groups of four: players ranked fifth to 16th, the winners of the three Master+ events, which were Evo Japan, Evo 2026 in Las Vegas and Evo France, and the Tekken 8 champion of the Esports World Cup 2026. The top two in each group reach the final bracket.

The No. 1 player on each of the 15 Regional Leaderboards plays the Regional group stage in three groups of five, and each group winner joins the final bracket. If a Master+ or Esports World Cup champion already has a spot another way, the extra place goes down the Global Leaderboard, and a regional leader who qualifies globally passes the regional spot to the next player in that region. The season ends on Nov. 15, 2026, when the leaderboards lock.
The Last Chance Qualifier
The LCQ on Jan. 16 replaces the usual Tekken 8 open bracket at Evo Singapore, so no Evo trophy is awarded for Tekken. Anyone who didn’t qualify, or who drops out in the group stages, can enter, and only the winner moves on to the final bracket. You need a venue pass and a separate registration on start.gg, and registration closes on Dec. 15, 2026.
Who has qualified so far?
Two Master+ champions are in. iKARi won Evo Japan 2026 in May, with KNEE second, and Arslan Ash won Evo 2026 in Las Vegas in June, ahead of Rangchu. Bandai Namco hasn’t listed the Evo France winner in its results posts yet. The rest of the field comes from the leaderboards after Nov. 15 and from the LCQ.
Our Evo 2027 page covers the rest of the Evo Singapore lineup, and our Tekken 9 release date page tracks what comes after Tekken 8.
This page is updated as soon as Bandai Namco publishes the qualified players, the groups and the match times.
