Pixel 12 release date: Google hasn't announced it, but Made by Google lands every August
There's no Pixel 12 release date, because Google hasn't announced the Pixel 12. As of Oct. 16, 2026, Google's newest phones are the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold, unveiled at Made by Google on Aug. 12, 2026, and on shelves since Aug. 20. Google's record is steady: it unveiled the Pixel 9 on Aug. 13, 2024, the Pixel 10 on Aug. 20, 2025, and the Pixel 11 on Aug. 12, 2026, with sales starting about a week later each time. If that holds, a Pixel 12 would arrive in August 2027, though Google hasn't confirmed it.

The Pixel 11 has barely been out two months, and people are already asking about the Pixel 12. Google hasn’t said a word about it. Here’s what its launch record shows.
Has Google announced the Pixel 12?
No. Google hasn’t announced the Pixel 12, so there’s no release date, no price and no model list. Its newest phones are the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold, unveiled at Made by Google on Aug. 12, 2026, and on shelves since Aug. 20. Our Pixel 11 page has everything about them.
Google’s August rhythm
Google has settled into a tight schedule. It unveiled the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL on Aug. 13, 2024, with the Pixel 9 and Pro XL on shelves on Aug. 22 and the Pixel 9 Pro on Sept. 4. It unveiled the Pixel 10 lineup on Aug. 20, 2025, with all three phones on shelves on Aug. 28. And the Pixel 11 phones went from announcement to shelves in eight days this year.
If Google keeps that rhythm, Made by Google 2027 would come in August, with a Pixel 12 on sale about a week later. Google hasn’t announced an event date.
What the Pixel 11 says about prices
Pixel prices just went up. The base Pixel started at $799 in both 2024 and 2025, and the Pixel 10 Pro XL at $1,199. In 2026, the Pixel 11 starts at $899, the Pixel 11 Pro at $1,099, the Pixel 11 Pro XL at $1,299 and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold at $1,899. Google hasn’t said what the Pixel 12 will cost.
Google also promises seven years of OS, security and Pixel Drop updates for its latest phones, so a Pixel 11 bought today stays supported long after a Pixel 12 would arrive.
Rumors, and what to watch next
Claims about a Pixel 12 chip, camera and design have started to show up online. Google hasn’t confirmed any of them, and it doesn’t comment on unreleased phones.
