Doctor Doom and the Invisible Woman join the fight on Nov. 10. Here’s the unlock time where you live, the price and what the Castle Doomstadt mode brings.

When does The Siege of Castle Doom come out?

Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026, on PC through Steam, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X and S, Switch and Switch 2. Dotemu set the day on Oct. 8 at New York Comic Con, and every platform gets the expansion the same day.

Expected launch time: 11 a.m. ET (8 a.m. PT), our estimate. Dotemu hasn’t announced the hour, but Steam and Xbox store data both carry 16:00 UTC, and the base game and Cyclops & The Thing both went live around 11 a.m. Eastern.

The same day brings Football Manager 27 and Warhammer Survivors.

How much does The Siege of Castle Doom cost?

$7.99 on the US Nintendo eShop for Switch 2. Steam, Xbox and the PlayStation Store haven’t shown a price yet, and Dotemu hasn’t announced one. Cyclops & The Thing added two heroes for $3.99, and this pack brings two characters plus a new game mode.

The Year of Doom Bundle combines the base game with both expansions for the game’s first anniversary. Game Pass Ultimate, Premium and PC Game Pass include Marvel Cosmic Invasion, but neither expansion is part of a subscription, and the game has no season pass. Doctor Doom and the Invisible Woman

Doctor Doom, the ruler of Latveria, joins as a playable fighter. Dotemu pitches Victor von Doom as a genius who pairs self-built tech armor with occult magic. In the official screenshots, Doom hurls green mystic lightning and fires a beam from a gauntlet.

Susan Storm, the Invisible Woman, is an archaeologist and explorer whose cosmic-ray powers bend light and shape force fields. The screenshots show Sue rolling inside a blue force-field sphere, striking while translucent and shattering groups of enemies with a force-field burst.

The Castle Doomstadt mode

The second half of the pack is a new mode set in Castle Doomstadt, Doom’s headquarters. Dotemu detailed it on Oct. 26 with a gameplay trailer. The mode is run-based: your team has to break through the castle’s defenses before Doom activates the Cosmic Inductor, a flawed weapon that threatens the whole cosmos.

Each encounter you survive charges the Stabilizer, a Reed Richards invention. Battery Cells and completed challenges earn defense, damage or tactical upgrades from a pool of 12 perks, while failed challenges debuff your fighters. You pick a route through the castle and have to reach Doom before the Siege Gauge fills: the castle’s forces grow stronger as it rises, and a full gauge ends the run. Successful runs permanently unlock new equipment, events and modifiers. The mode is part of the paid pack.

Roster and road so far

The base game launched with 15 heroes, from Spider-Man and Wolverine to Silver Surfer. Cyclops & The Thing raised the count to 17, and The Siege of Castle Doom takes it to 19 for owners of both expansions.

Platforms, co-op and Switch versions

Up to four players team up locally or online with drop-in co-op, and PlayStation players need PS Plus for online play. Switch and Switch 2 have separate versions, and the eShop sells add-ons separately for each one, so buy the expansion for the version you play.
